VISION:
The Dagupan City National High school is envisioned to be a leader of providing quality secondary education to the Filipino Youth sustained through a nurturing technological environment and professionally competent and up-to-date personnel.
MISSION:
The school aims to provide quality education and to develop the Filipino child as a total person through modernized instructional facilities, strategies and management practices. It aims to meet the professional needs of the teachers and support personnel to ensure excellence and effectiveness of instruction and delivery system.
- To provide knowledge and develop the skills, attitudes and values essential for a higher level of personal, and social development;
- To provide learning experiences which would remarkably increase the student’s awareness of responsiveness to the changes of and demands of society;
- To discover and enhance the different aptitudes and interest of the student so as to equip him with skills for productive endeavor and / or prepare him for tertiary schooling; and
- To promote and achieve academic excellence in the five (5) core learning areas, namely, English, Filipino, Science, Mathematics and MAKABAYAN.
